By purchasing virtual goods from "Prometheus" you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that upon purchase you will receive virtual items/good in an exchange with no physical involvement.

• Your contribution to "Prometheus" will be invested towards updating the server and improving it.

• If due to an unrelated conflict you have decided to part ways with "Prometheus" or your account had been suspended, we hold ALL rights to the sum of the contributions you have made to the server, also, if you were to be banned from our server, your perks will remain, however, will be inaccessible for use.

• We have a no refund policy on all donations. There will be NO exceptions.

• You agree that if you violate these terms of service and attempt a chargeback of your donation, you will contact us before hand to attempt to resolve your issue. Otherwise it is considered scamming and against the law.

• Donating does not grant you immunity from server rules or regulations, you will be treated as a normal user.

• You agree to owning the funds used to donate and/or have the bill payers consent.

• We reserve the right to remove any items we have given you at any moment.

• We also reserve the right to modify these terms at any moment without issuing a notification that we are doing so.
